ProCoding is a .NET studio based in Split, Croatia, with 14 years of .NET behind it and work in automotive, energy and travel. You talk directly to whoever is writing your code, which means fewer meetings, faster feedback and nothing lost in handover. Most of what we do is long-running business systems where correctness matters more than novelty.
Over 14 years in .NET. Lead backend engineer at Bugatti Rimac from 2020 to 2024, responsible for the calibration and diagnostics domain and for the CI/CD setup used across the company. Before that lead developer at Travel Soft, where the internal application portfolio was rewritten from the ground up. Mentoring and code reviews have been part of every one of those roles.
